In this Training Course, the participants learn how to successfully organise and design an international youth exchange with the Erasmus+ Youth program.
We bring together and connect youth and youth workers to provide educational and intercultural experiences.
We advise and help organisations and individuals who want to implement an international youth project.
We organise and host international projects such as youth exchanges and trainings of professionals in Europe.
We are a sending organisation for projects of our partners and prepare our participants adequately for it.
Support the work of our NGO and donate an amount of your choice. By doing so, you support international youth work and enable young people to take part in international youth projects.
Digital working. Hybrid and digital preparation and follow-up meetings are an integral part of our projects to make them more accessible to many participants from different regions and also rural areas.
No discrimination. Everyone is welcome to participate in our projects. They should be a safe space and provide an atmosphere where everyone can feel safe.
Fairness. As a recognised non-profit association, we have a special responsibility not to make a profit with our projects. We therefore always work exclusively to cover our costs.
Environmentally friendly acting. This includes in particular green travel where possible, the use of local products in our projects and paperless work.
